Ramen Yama is open
We told people we were coming on TikTok with two words: opening soon. Now the door's open and the broth is on.
The soft opening
We started with a soft opening, paper signs in the window and all. Some of our first guests came by just to support a local business, and we haven't forgotten it.
Toripaitan, original and miso
Toripaitan is the bowl we're built around, and you can get it Original or Miso. One guest told us it felt like being back in Tokyo.
Garlic and heat
If you want something bolder, try the Black Garlic ramen or the Spicy Stamina Garlic. The garlic is there without taking over, and the Miso comes with a kick.
The room
Step through the green door and under the blue noren curtain. Ask us anything about the menu, because we like answering.
