Creamy toripaitan on San Pablo Dam Road
Toripaitan, original or miso

Toripaitan, original or miso

Start with the Toripaitan Original or the Toripaitan Miso. The broth on both is creamy and smooth, and the miso is spicy and rich with flavor.
Spicy Stamina Garlic

Spicy Stamina Garlic

The broth is thick and the heat comes through, but the garlic doesn't take over. If you want something different, we have a Black Garlic Ramen too.
Dirty Karaage

It's our spicy take on fried chicken chunks. You get a good amount of spice, and the chicken flavor still comes through.

We make vegan bowls, including a loaded miso and a shoyu. The loaded miso is flavorful and a big bowl.

Great dinner! The pork in the ramen was really tender and flavorful, the broth was delicious, and we loved all the toppings. We also got one of the spicier miso ramens and the broth was really rich and delicious. I especially loved the shrimp tempura with garlic mayo, and the barley tea. We will be going back!

Had an amazing experience here, especially for a soft opening! The ramen was exceptional, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell a lot of care went into the food. The service was just as impressive they were very welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. For a soft opening, everything was already so well done. Definitely a spot I’d recommend, and I’m excited to come back and see them grow. Wishing the team lots of success! 🍜👏

I had the Toripaitan Original. The noodles and the broth were satisfying! I'm happy to find a place that could serve this taste and texture. I thought the chashu was overcooked, but I'm also not particularly a chashu enthusiast so it didn't ruin my experience. The ajitama was also more runny than I expected it to be. It personally didn't bother me since I'd much rather it be runny then overcooked. Overall I had a happy meal. The waiter was very sweet even at the end of the day, and the store…

Tried this new ramen place . We had the stamina garlic, creamy brooth and super flavorful and shoyu vegan. Both were really good. They were so considerate about my daughter’s allergies . We also tried the green tea and mugi cha. The lady at the front was amazing and the service was great.

Stopped by as they were having a soft opening. Always good to support local businesses. Tried the Dirty Karaage, which is a spicy version of karaage (fried chicken chunks). A good amount of spice, but not enough to overpower the flavor. Tried the Toripaitan Original ramen and the Toripaitan Miso ramen. The chicken broth was delicious and rich and creamy. The Miso version was spicy but not overwhelmingly so. Both were delicious. The jammy eggs were perfect! Presentation was nice and portions…
